What are the dates and location for ISA Sign Expo 2024?
ISA International Sign Expo 2024® will be held Wednesday–Friday, April 10-12, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Pre-conference sessions will take place Tuesday, April 9.
How do I register for the event?

Where do I pick up my badge?
As soon as you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at registration.

Does the convention center have parking?
Yes, the Orange County Convention Center has ample parking available.

Parking is currently $20.00 plus tax, subject to change without notice.
Will there be a shuttle to the Orange County Convention Center?
Yes, there will be a free shuttle between the Orange County Convention Center and official show hotels. The shuttle schedule will be confirmed in March. NOTE: The Hilton Orlando and Hyatt Regency Orlando are connected to the Orange County Convention Center via outdoor walkways and will not have shuttle service.

Where can I rent a scooter or wheelchair?
Mobility rentals are available via Scoot Around and can be picked up at the FedEx located in the Orange County Convention Center’s West Concourse at Hall C. Learn more here.
Is there a lactation pod or nursing mothers’ room in the building?
A Wellness Room is located adjacent to room S211. This private room can be used for lactation, prayer or meditation.

How do I obtain a Visa for ISA International Sign Expo® 2024?
Travel restrictions are constantly changing so we suggest foreign travelers contact the U.S. Embassy Consulate at http://www.usembassy.gov for the latest rules. Please note that visa processing times may be longer than in the past.
After identifying that a visa is needed, foreign travelers should contact the U.S. Embassy Consulate at http://www.usembassy.gov. Look for posted time frames on the Internet or call the Consular Section to hear recorded information about visa processing time frames. The State Department’s recommended first source of up-to-date visa information is http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html.
ISA recommends following these guidelines for getting a visa for entry into the United States:
- Request a letter of invitation to attend ISA Sign Expo 2024 at least four (4) months prior to ISA Sign Expo. You must finish the registration process and payment in order to receive the visa invitation letter from ISA.
- Applicants should present their entire trip itinerary, including travel to any countries other than the United States, at the time of visa application.
- Provide evidence that you intend to return to your country of residence; applicants should provide proof of “binding,” or sufficient, ties to their home country or permanent residence abroad. This may include documentation of the following: family ties in home country or country of legal permanent residence, property ownership, bank accounts, and/or an employment contractor statement from an employer stating that the position will continue after the dates of the meeting.
